Kate’s service to her clients comes naturally as she inherently wants everyone to live their best lives and she is committed to helping them do so.

Kate is a native Texan, born and raised in Dallas. She attended the University of Texas at Dallas, earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Marketing. Kate started her real estate career in Dallas in 2008 following her mother’s footsteps. Kate's mother owns Arnold Design, an interior design business, and taught Kate many valuable skills that continue to benefit her clients day in and day out. From aesthetics to form, function and budgetary considerations, Kate’s clients praise her and her abilities to guide them throughout their buying and selling processes.
